1. Course Purchases

Once you purchase a course from our website visagandigitaledge.com, access is granted immediately (or within the mentioned timeline)

As courses are digital products, all sales are final.

2. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for course purchases, unless:

There is a duplicate payment error.

The course is unavailable due to technical issues on our end.

Refund requests, if eligible, must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment before making payment.

Once payment is processed and course access is granted, cancellations are not possible.

Reason for refund request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
