1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Visagan Digital Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Visagan Digital Edge provides digital marketing and technology services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing, Google Ads / PPC Management, Website Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, SEO, and Maintenance services. The scope of each service will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

100% payment is required before the start of work — no exceptions.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.
Ad spend budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from service fees and must be paid directly to the respective platforms or as agreed.
Late payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.

4. Client Obligations

Provide all necessary content, branding materials, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure that all content provided is original, non-infringing, and legally compliant.
Respond to queries and review deliverables within the agreed timeline to avoid project delays.
Maintain confidentiality of shared login credentials and project-related information.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by Visagan Digital Edge become the property of the client only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Source code, design files, and raw assets are transferred only if explicitly included in the service agreement.
Any proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks developed by Visagan Digital Edge remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visagan Digital Edge does not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for third-party platform policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, marketing data, customer information, and financial details. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days' written notice.
Upon termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in unethical practices.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Modifications

Visagan Digital Edge reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
