Refund & Returns Policy

Our policy on cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments.

1. Digital Services — No Physical Returns

Since Visagan Digital Edge provides digital marketing and technology services, there are no physical products to return. All services are intangible and delivered electronically.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started:If the project has not commenced and no work has been initiated, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing fees.
  • Duplicate Payment:If a duplicate or excess payment is made by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
  • Service Failure:If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, a partial or full refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will notbe provided in the following cases:

    Work has already been started or partially delivered.
    The client fails to provide required content, access, or approvals within the agreed timeline.
    Dissatisfaction with results of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as outcomes depend on market conditions and are not guaranteed.
    Change of mind after project commencement.
    Third-party platform fees (ad spend, hosting, domain registration) already utilized.

    4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to visagandigitaledge@gmail.com.
  • If cancelled before work begins, a refund (minus processing fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    If cancelled after work has started, charges for completed work will be deducted, and any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.
    Monthly retainer services (SMM, SEO, Maintenance) can be cancelled with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

    5. Refund Process

    Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
    Refund requests must include the invoice number, payment date, and reason for the request.

    6. Service Revisions

    Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to communicate concerns so we can address them. We offer revisions within the scope of the original agreement to ensure client satisfaction. The number of revisions included depends on the service package selected.
