How we deliver our digital marketing services and project deliverables.

1. Nature of Services

Visagan Digital Edge is a digital marketing and technology services agency. All our services — including social media marketing, Google Ads management, website development, app development, SEO, graphic design, and maintenance — are delivered digitally. There are no physical products involved in our services.

2. Service Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on the service type:

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM):Content calendar and first set of posts delivered within 5–7 business days after onboarding.
  • Google Ads / PPC:Campaign setup and launch within 3–5 business days after receiving all required inputs.
  • Website Development:15–45 business days depending on project scope and complexity.
  • Mobile App Development:30–90 business days depending on features and platform requirements.
  • UI/UX Design:10–20 business days based on the number of screens and revisions.
  • Graphic Design:3–7 business days per design deliverable.
  • SEO Services:Initial audit and strategy delivered within 7–10 business days. Ongoing optimization is monthly.
  • Maintenance Services:Ongoing monthly service starting from the agreed date.

    • 3. Delivery Method

    All deliverables are shared digitally through:

    Email (project files, reports, invoices)
    Google Drive or cloud storage links (design files, documents)
    Direct deployment to hosting servers (websites, apps)
    Ad platform dashboards (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
    WhatsApp or scheduled calls for updates and approvals

    4. Client Responsibilities

    Timely delivery depends on the client providing:

    Required content, images, branding assets, and access credentials.
    Feedback and approvals within the agreed timeline.
    Complete payment as per the agreed terms before project commencement.

    Delays in providing the above may result in extended delivery timelines.

    5. Project Handover

    Upon project completion, all agreed deliverables (source files, access credentials, reports) will be handed over to the client. Website and app source code will be transferred only if included in the service agreement.

    6. Delays & Force Majeure

    Visagan Digital Edge is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, server downtime of third-party platforms, or government regulations. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
